We booked with Expedia in 2024 and the shuttle was included. Their shuttle procedure was different this year with shuttle service to the airport off property. They said it wasnt included and we paid 1/2 price for the inconvenience. But the staff acted as if we should have know. Again last year, we parked at the property with a shuttle to and from ar no additional charge. With that being said, for an airport hotel, the accommodation was not bad at all.

The bed was high and not comfortable the love seat was low to the floor. The bed was so uncomfortable I slept on the couch sitting up. The highlight of the whole stay was the breakfast. The guy that operated it was really good.

The equipment in my room was very mistreated and damaged. The rooms tend to be ran down. I have multiple issues with the door lock and the room keys working properly.

I mean....for 90 bucks.... i guess?

There was what seemed like a dead body stain in the hallway on the 2nd floor. The continental breakfast had curdled milk, and egg and cheese omelettes the size of half the palm of my hand. The waffles and pancakes were cereal brand. And the lady at the front desk was sassing the elderly gentleman at 6 am. The bed was too hard for bed. And the pillows might as well be puff balls made of cement.

I chose the Baymont for its relationship to Wyndham which I am a member. It was inexpensive for a quick overnight in Detroit. The rooms would clean and neat with littl fanfare. Bed was comfortable but TV was minimal. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average. All in all not a bad stay for a quick overnight at the airport. I did see a flight attendant there.
