Every was as it should be. Easy complete Checkin. Jordan the clerk was great. She covered all the bases. Room was just the right size. Cozy and clean. I travel with a dog and they room worked great for that too.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel was being renovated and it was quite loud when they worked and our room was across from the main storage area for them. You can hear people above you and we were up by 530 every morning due to noise and unable to go back to bed. There were no other rooms to move when we asked which was crappy. Plus, they were ripping out carpet down are hallway that we stayed and the carpenters left random carpet nails, rolled carpet pieces and chunks out. The issue was we didn’t know it was being renovated otherwise we would have stayed 10 mins further down the road. The hotel needs upgrades for sure. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

My room was in the back where the men were pulling up carpet right outside my doorway. The room decor is outdated. The dressers were scratched up with knob missing and the drawer wouldn't close shut. The ants were coming out as soon as you try to eat. There were spiders and spider webs in different corners in the room. It made me feel uncomfortable but the staff offered a reimbursement and I took up the offer and appreciate that.
