The reception is wonderful and friendly as well as all othe management and staff. Hotel is VERY clean and quiet. Definitely recommend this property. Parking is plenty and they do have a shuttle if you need.

The stay was great until the manager Audrey wanted to argue with me about not giving me back my $150 deposit! Trying to say that she had to deep clean the room over a pre rolled joint in the room, that was never even Smoked in the room! I have cancer mind you, so it was ready for when we left!! She was screaming at me arguing with me and refused me my deposit! I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THE PLACE. Other than her though, the place would have been nice to stay and go back to, as I have a LOT OF medical to tend to and will need a hotel room almost every week!!! Unless I get the cash back or a comp room I’ll NEVER go there again!

First off I want to say that the staff was great, the airport shuttle runs on a pretty clean schedule and there is a very good Thai restaurant here. That however is about all the good things I have to say about the property. It had a pervasive odor of human waste throughout the lobby and hallways. In the room there was quite a lot of poorly repaired damages to the walls. The room rate for the night we needed was low so I guess we got what we paid for.
