Didn’t use gym but did not have adequate description of king bedroom. We are couple in 80s and husband using a cane. So so it was very difficult to step over the hot tub to take a shower with no safety grab bars. However, the staff did accommodate us by changing us to a different room with a shower. That room was adequate, but a plumber was needed to fix the shower.

The hotel changed ownership and it's name. They could not honor online reservation, because they are now Wyndham hotel. I was luck i did not pay online. Everyone else was being told the had to get a refund from who ever they made the reservation with. Stay was fine bed a little hard. Breakfast okay

Once I was checked into my room, someone came to my room and unlocked the door and proceeded to come in and i had to yell someone is in here.... hotel and rooms definitely needs an upgrade.... i won't ever stay here again and i won't recommend no one ....

I was hesitant to enter the hotel when I arrived to the hotel when I drove in because of the condition outside of the building. The inside appeared a bit old but the room itself was nice. The bathroom was not well-lit. i appreciated housekeeping staff very much. We went to breakfast Saturday morning and found the dining room assistant less than friendly and helpful. Only major complaint.

I am 68 years old. I arrived promptly for my reservation. Was told beside having to pay for my room, I had to place my credit card on a $250 deposit hold. When I told the staff person that 3 of my out of town friends that also reserved were never asked for a deposit, he then asked me if I had cash to cover the deposit!!!! I found it absurd and immediately cancelled my stay. The man front desk was very nonchalant and could have cared less. All my 50 years of travel and have NEVER had an issue like this. Will never return to this facility.

It’s ok

It was a nice enough stay. The refrigerator in the room worked but it leaned forward and caught on the carpet. The only light in the bathroom is the backlight of the mirror. The bathroom door was coming apart. The elevator never showed up when going down. The light turned off indicating it arrived but the doors didn’t open. We were able to ride up from the first floor.

Place is rated to high!!

This Comfort Inn is definitely not worthy of the high rating it has. First, there deposit $250 is absolutely ridiculous. No where did I see that it was so high. The room smelled terrible, the shower had no pressure, and the hot/cold knobs were on backwards. The doors going in to the hotel. Not powered trying to wheel all our stuff in on a luggage cart and pull open a door. Not easy to do when your balancing all our luggage and open the door. The place has had some remodeling but it needs so much more. Elevator didn't work right either thought we were gonna get stuck in it.
