We stayed at this hotel for a family reunion, trying it out for the first time since our previous hotel was not clean. We visit the area every year, and this time we booked four rooms. All of them were clean but had similar issues: the mirrors looked like they were coming loose, the lights on the mirrors didn’t fully work at all (in one room, only half of the mirror light worked), and the main dresser holding the TV had water damage at the bottom and was peeling. Breakfast was okay, though it could have been improved with an extra waffle maker and perhaps another option or two. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and overall, the stay was good. We’ll likely return next year with more family.

It was a good stay. The room was clean and tidy.m, but it could be better to be prepare for things that needed in the bathroom. The food was great. And in the front desk, they’re welcoming and approachable.

First night of our 2 nights there was loud bass music from 2am to 4am 2nd night we had the fire alarm go off due to some sort of systems mishap issue at 1030pm we were outside for over an hour waiting in chilly weather and all we got was a apology no inconvenience money back or anything so your systems need upgrades breakfast was okay pool was mediocre there is no hot tub even though it was in the listing probably would stay at hyatt or crown plaza next time

The breakfast was fine. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm at 11pm and had to drag 3 sleeping kids outside for 30mins. The front desk workers were not great. Night shift allowed a drunk homeless man to wander in and out of the lobby multiple times and the morning guy was MIA when trying to check out

Good location, spacious rooms and pool was a plus. The breakfast is just ok at best. Not too many options. Key cards had to get reprogrammed a couple of times! The fire alarm also went on around 1045pm on our 3rd night!

The front desk staff were exceptional! Unfortunately, their cleaning staff really dropped the ball. Our rrom was missing many things including a shower curtain, and was not very clean but workable. Our biggest issue was the entire floor smelled like Marijuana and it started coming into our room, so were ended up cutting our vacation short and checked out a day early. Staff was very understanding and helpful about the situation though!!

I didn't choose this property.A family member did because of the price. It was a very busy weekend between weddings. Concerts and the Renaissance festival turns out we could have used another room. I patiently waited from 830 until 1 o'clock in the morning. Only for the lady to tell me that the lady on the shift behind her gave the room away when she kept telling me she just had to go clean it and that the room was gonna be mine.. It seems as though they didn't. Know what rooms were rented out?Because they came to my room that I did have and before I could open.The door opened it with a key with a family and told to see if it had been rented out. And while we were out shopping apparently someone opened our room and left the door ajar. We suddenly no longer felt safe there.But we continued to stay because there was nowhere else to go.
