I was not told about the extent of the renovations being done on the property until I arrived. I feel like you should give your consumers a choice and let them know exactly what the condition is before check in there is no telling what my family or I could have been exposed to. Room was nice but the hallways were like a construction war zone.

Everything was Great except…Expedia…they overcharged me and I will never book through Expedia…again. I heard horror stories from others how they too were overcharged. I paid $1295 for a $350 plane ticket and hotel $620 that cost $155 a night which total $$970… if l had booked my plane ticket would cost me $350 the hotel $620 and rental car 305 totaling $1305. I paid $ $1295 and this was Without a rental car Expedia charged me $1295 for a flight ticket and a hotel. Expedia will never get business again from me..I tried to work this out explaining I needed a rental they couldn’t fix this simple problem. So I ended up spending out of pocket $305 for a rental. There no need to reply Expedia had there chance to fix this issue but didn’t. No more Expedia! Third parties are only after your money with out giving good service.

Can’t get right😏

Hotel was under construction during my family and I stay. The room we were in had hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. The sink was leaking water and the sink kept filling up and not draining.didn’t find out until we walked around in our socks. By the beds has debris (candy wrappers, dirt, and small pebbles on the carpet). Need a serious vacuum. Called down to desk and they moved us out to another room this time on the 2nd floor. This room was a bit better. But just going though the 1st room craziness was enough for us to not stay at this location again. Otherwise had a good visit.

I think is ludacris that hotel charges so much per night when it’s undergoing renovations. I stayed in two different rooms 283 and 286 which both had issues with the tub stopping up, the water smelled like sewage water and the toilet didn’t flush properly. I think the should close the hotel down until it’s completely or they need to charge less per night.

Wonderful staff at check in. Wonderful young lady to get coffee from in the morning. Very nice lobby and lounge area. Very nice courtyard. Rooms are outdate and need updating. Rooms on exterior need a lot of TLC. WWas sad to see the condition when on the side parking lot.
