Its okay

My family of 5 stayed in Queen Suite that included 2 rooms, a bedroom with 2 queen beds and another room with a pull out couch. The room was clean and spacious. Our room A/C never reached the proper temperature (we weren’t able to change it ourselves, and it was “set” to 68°, but never made it below 74°), and our toilet ran constantly. The Starbucks in the lobby was great, and all of the staff were great. The gym was a little lackluster and there was no pool. I guess I just expected more for this price tag (about $350 a night).

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very hard. The hotel also made two attempts to charge my card again in the middle of the night for an amount that I have no clue about. (I paid $307 for one night, the mysterious charge was for $123.)

I drove from Kalamazoo ... looking for a fun night with my son in Detroit - when I got to the hotel, there wasn't a reservation, even thought I had a confirmation from Expedia - and no rooms were available. A terrible experience.
