There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Treat our home with respect. If any problems should arise, we will do our best to respond as soon as possible, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✓Kindly be advised that we do not permit instant bookings for profiles with ratings below 4 stars. In the event that a reservation is inadvertently confirmed, it may be subject to cancellation.

✓We kindly request that you treat our residence with the utmost respect, as it is our home and not a hotel. Should any issues occur during your stay, rest assured that we will strive to address them as promptly as possible.
✔This is a NON-PARTY or any event home of any kind (including prom events).

✔Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.

✔Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately canceled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.

✔There is a smart device inside the home that records noise decibel levels. It does NOT record audio or video. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately canceled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.

✔Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on the phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.

✔No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, cigars, vaping, or drugs of any kind).

✔ An additional fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or if any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

✔The maximum occupancy on this property is 9 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged an additional guest fee per person.

✔Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check-out procedures prior to departure.

✔Pets of any kind are not allowed in the home or evidence on the property. If evidence occur, there will be an additional cleaning fee applied.

✔A late check-out fee will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

✔Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
