Friendly staff and clean hotel. Great for the price. Check in took a while (mainly due to another guest so I don’t hold it against the hotel). It was really nice to have fridge, microwave, and walk in shower. Beds weren’t comfortable though and noise insulation wasn’t very good

Avoid this hotel not Hilton quality

There is not enough space here to fully describe how disgusting and terrible this hotel is. Hilton needs to revoke it's Hilton flag from this property and turn it into a travel lodge at best. I'll give you the quick rundown - no one at desk at check in. Only a housekeeper who spoke poor English and took forever to find a front desk clerk. - room was in poor condition and should never have passed a cleaning inspection. - found a poop stain on the toilet seat - tiny black hairs all over the shower wall. - wall ac heater unit didn't work it was stuck on 1temp and couldn't change it. Breakfast was slim selection and no creamer for coffee. Oatmeal was lukewarm at best in the container. Pool room was trashed and not cleaned over night then when I went to go use Hot tub I got 5 min to enjoy it and then the mgr said I had to leave so they could clean the poolroom. This was during the hours it was supposed to be open for use. They said it should be cleaned by noon but that's when I had to check out to leave so didn't even get to enjoy it. I tried to ask for extra towels and sheets and they said those are not available until housekeeping comes in each day. So if your booking this place becomes of the expected hot breakfast, Hilton quality, comfortable and reliability with Hilton service you won't get any of that here. Book elsewhere

Everything was great until 2/27/25 830/9am I brought my children down for breakfast the breakfast worker seen me with my children we come here a lot my 16 year old daughter came down with slipper socks on the lady walked by us 3 times she waits until I go check on my younger children then walks up to my daughter and tells her you can’t come in here with socks on my daughter responds you walked by me and my mom 3 times you didn’t say anything the women responds I’m just letting you know then the maintenance guy at the pool sees my son grabbing the grab bar to come out the pool he tells my son don’t play on the bar my son is 5 I’m sitting in the hot tub watching my son he’s not playing he’s coming up out the pool so I tell the guy don’t say anything to 5 year old you see me sitting here talk to me it was just a weird morning with the staff normally there great
