Room was fine; my main complaint is the parking. The hotel only has valet parking (no alternative) and charges $55 per day for it. Unless that changes, I won’t stay here again.

Upon arrival, hotel staff informed me that the room I booked did not exist. They could see my reservation but said that the double room king room did not have a bed and a sofa. Since I was traveling with 2 kids it was essential that the room had a sofa in addition to a bed. Staff was unwilling to refund the room, even though I didn’t end up staying there and had to find a different hotel. Will never book a Hampton Inn ever again.

Close to the border, great staff, good location from shopping. Easy check-in and out process. Used the valet that made parking a breeze but I think there’s outdoor parking close by. Property could use a facelift, but I enjoyed my time there
