Front desk staff was wonderful. The restaurant staff at dinner could have been a little more attentive but maybe we're short staffed that night. We were assigned a king bed room with no pullout for three occupants. Not cool. For the price the room was subpar.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and had great amenities. The kids loved that they had complimentary donuts and apple cider set out during check-in hours. The room was clean and our floor had been renovated, however the washroom floors were old and not re-done, which would have made it feel cleaner. The food in the restaurant was ok. They had a dinner buffet with enough options for the kids, however the à la cart menu lacked any attractive healthy options. Our room was serviced by housekeeping daily and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also directly across from the convention center and there is a Starbucks nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay, room was super with a great view looking across the Detroit River to Canada. It also availed us to 2 Super Sunrises. Staff was Awesome, big shout out to Lisa, Tommy, Anand, and a host of others. Really enjoyed the Breakfast Bar. Hotel also made for an easy to the Detroit Opera House for Phantom Of The Opera. Again a Super stay, AAA+++

Hotel and rooms were beautiful .Bathrooms were updated although showers were quite small. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only complaint was food was no great and expensive. However, lots to eat in the area for a short walk.

Then I asked for more pillows and another blanket and they said they didn’t have any more.
