The breakfast was great, there was a lot of options and fresh fruit. The price of the room was also a huge bonus. This was one of the best places we've stayed in. We'll definitely be back. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Double BILLED!!!

I was very disappointed in the Hyatt. I was billed twice for my stay off my debit card. The money was all planned out for the concert and our stay. Well with them billing me twice ruined it so I wasn't able to go to the concert that night. The whole reason for me staying here was I've been here before many times and this is by far the worst stay ever for me. Very DISAPPOINTING 😞 😕

The room we stayed in was probably one of the nicest rooms we ever stayed in with so much space. It had a separate sitting area the nice couch and desk area. There was a small sink by the coffee pot in addition to a spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the warm pool water. The price to stay was very reasonable. The Great Lakes Crossing Mall is within minutes from the hotel. We plan on staying there every time we travel to Ford Field to see a Lions game.
