The rooms need to be updated but the cleanliness was decent. Our sheets were ripped and yellowing but appeared washed. The breakfast needs to include at least a sausage or bacon. I would stay there again but like I said it need some updating. The staff at the desk was very nice 👍

Every one was very friendly, the rooms were clean, but some clothes were left in the dresser from the last visitor. The pool was nice and the location worked for us!

The service was good in general but there was a bit of miscommunication between staff members as to my check out time. I requested and paid for a late check-out time of 1PM and was sent a message from the hotel saying that the request had been approved. When I proceeded to stay until my late check-out time, different staff members knocked on my door at different times before said check-out time informing me that check-out time was 11AM. I had to tell these staff members again that I was approved for a late check-out time. Other than a minor blocked bathtub drain situation that was addressed very quickly by staff, this was the only other negative aspect of my stay at the hotel.

Room could use improvements. - shower curtain partially torn, - exhaust vent full of dust - temp nob on fridge missing - iron in room did not work - ironing board missing - bathroom sink extremely slow to drain - had to request several times for extra towels - tv remote worn and difficult to change channels - breakfast limited and basic. Overall gotel was safe and reasonably clean and while staff ok, these simple requests for towels or an ironing board were met with some reluctance and seemed challenging to fulfill. Will explore other hotel options in the area should we return.

Old, outdated, smelly

The beds stand and bed frame had sticky gunk on the side. For a non-smoking facility, the location is next door to a Weed Store. Clearly staff and guests were smoking weed from the smells inside the hallway corridors. The breakfast staff was very rude to guests, food was awful. Mini muffins, fake scrambled eggs and gross sausage patties. Coffee was good. Waffle bar stayed messy and unkept. If you like high preservative food, this is your place. Apples were mini and wrapped in plastic wrap. I like La Quinta hotles, this place wasn't worth a 1-star. Bed matresses were hard, blanket quilts were shredded and old. Causing lots of feathers to release in the room.

Key card did not work had to have it re-keyed everyday. Rooms were dirty, we were there for a week and they only came in once to clean and never emptied the trash cans that were overflowing

Staff was rude specifically the women doing the breakfast. I watched her pull the tongs out of a man’s hand telling him he had enough food. She should be terminated immediately.
