We had a lovely stay at the property! Our only complaint is the number of passcodes needed to enter the property. We understood their need, but it was not terribly convenient.
Drove in from Chicago with my boyfriend, parents, and younger brother and his girlfriend for a weekend trip. The location was perfect for things we wanted to do during our stay. We were within a quick drive to Belle Isle, Whole Foods, Eastern Market, and a plethora of restaurants. The unit itself was super clean and had all the amenities we couldâve wanted. The ability to park a car in the garage was a very nice touch. Overall, it was nice staying in such a historic and wonderfully restored home.
Stayed at this property for a family event in Detroit. Excellent property with great access to Ford Field and Comerica Park. Host was very attentive to questions and insuring we had an excellent time. Would recommend this property for a large group stay in Motown!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The photos were very accurate - itâs beautiful! So fun to stay in an old house right in the heart of everything. Well appointed, walkable to loads of things and the property manager was super responsive
The building is beautiful and historic and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with furniture and cooking utensils/pans/etc. The host was responsive and helpful. It is walkable to Eastern Market as well as bars and restaurants.
Stayed here with friends for a few days in Detroit. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the city. The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
I bought Usher tickets for my wife in Detroit just after the Super Bowl and spent months looking for the right spot for us to lay our heads down after an amazing night of singing and dancing. Beaubien Estates was the property that I kept coming back to in my searches!
The communication from the host was prompt and thorough. All of our login codes were delivered in a timely manner as we made our way to the D. The condo is in a fully renovated mansion from the 1870s and they did a fabulous job with the fit and finish. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious (although the downstairs bathroom could use a lot more light, I was told from the ladies doing their makeup before we departed).
The neighborhood is in the middle of gentrification so there are many new luxury condos being built all around. Of course this also means thereâs a few homeless people a few blocks away, but thatâs to be expected. The location was an easy 10-15min walk to Little Caesarâs area , Ford Field, and Comerica park, plus all the great restaurants and bars youâll want to explore. This alone was worth picking the property. The other condo neighbors were nice and friendly, obviously knowing weâre Vrboers, and would lend a hand when needed.
Overall I would totally stay here again and for longer!! Book this spot!
