We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful and provided an apartment style atmosphere. Breakfast was great. Two things that that bothered us: -could not turn up the volume on the TV - our view, was no view

This is a fantastic place to stay in an exciting area of Detroit. The hotel is in a very historic building, well appointed, very well priced, and has exceptional service. I will stay here each time I'm in Detroit.

The location of Roost cannot be overstated. Located in the Book Tower, everything feels luxurious and high-end. The rooms themselves are comfortable and feel like you're staying at your own personal get-away. The employees are top-notch and the entire experience left us eager to visit again.
