Everything was good. We notified the front desk of a water leak from the bathroom sink on Sunday morning. A ticket was made for Maintenance to handle after we checked out on Monday morning. They offered profusely to move us to another room but we declined. We had a suite and could use the kitchen sink. Breakfast staff were professional, even willingly cleaning up when another guest (young kid) got sick in the dining area. Enjoyed our stay very much.
The shower had nothing to stop water from going all over the floor. The drain was outside of the shower halfway to the toilet. So if you went to poop while you're waiting for the shower to get warm, you'd be standing or your feet would be in 2 inches of water while you to do your business. It's so unbelievable. I took a video to send to Marriot.
Room was fantastic but the amenities failed. Maintenance decided to close the pool on Friday/Saturday of all days for cleaning! Really, couldnât they have done this on slower days like Monday/Tuesday!?! 3 kids were not happy. That was a miss Marriot.
The staff was wonderful and the place was exceptionally clean. We stayed for our wedding in a King Suite and It was one of the best parts of our wedding. All of our guests raved about the hotel! The room we got for the price we paid blew our mind. Hope to have a reason to stay here again soon.
Front desk worker on Thursday when we checked in was more focused on her co worker telling her something or her needing to talk to him instead of greeting me and getting me checked in right away, after a long drive from Wisconsin just wanted quick and easy check in service and it definitely wasn't given, I was an after thought or secondary to her in that moment needing to talk to her coworker about whatever it was.
We booked a King Suite. The receptionist told me they over booked and had no more King Suites. We stayed in the unit they had because we traveling for a funeral and didnât really have time to look for another hotel. We travel quite a bit and never had this problem
