Stay away from this hotel. It's so dirty, filthy and disgusting. The matresses are so old and have holes on them, it was blood stains on the sofas and so dirthy. Its shame that Orbitz is listing this type of hotels.

it was good! Outstanding feature was the free shuttle to any where downtown - drop off and pick up - fabulous feature and really GREAT driver, Rich! He was very helpful!

The lobby has been renovated and is nice and clean, but the rooms are still in poor condition. I wouldn't want to stay in a room with a broken door or crawling bugs.

Convenient to Comerica, which was why I chose this place. However, I wish I had read the previous reviews. They were spot on. Upon opening the door to the room, you’re over powered by cigarette smell, amongst other aromas. My guess is that the carpet was installed 40 years ago, and hasn’t been cleaned since. I literally had to throw my white socks away they were so black with dirt. My sons shoes are still absolutely disgusting on the bottom. Quite possibly the worst TV I’ve ever seen as far as a picture, and zero volume on multiple channels. Not sure how that even is possible. For the price they charge for this room, they should be embarrassed. I was extremely embarrassed that I picked this when my sons and I arrived. AVOID. The staff was friendly, breakfast was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the money spent.

The photos are extremely misleading. The entire facility was poorly lit, unsanitary, and in very poor conditions. This was close to the City, but in a very unsafe neighborhood.

The service was great and very nice, but the walls were paper thin and I could hear the people in both rooms next to me yelling all night. Very clean spot, but had a very hard time sleeping.
