Staff was incredible. Top service. Hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean. Rooms are ample, comfortable, quiet and with a view. Cold prosecco and tasty, hot coffee. We've been several times and will be back.

Everything was great. Just be prepared for a $20 parking fee each night you stay if you self park and there is a $15 amenity fee. All this on top of the relatively steep room price. Otherwise everything was top notch.

Check in was fast. I wouldn’t say she very friendly. Valet and belle service was super friendly and helpful. Coffee maker in room wasn’t working and lobby coffee was all out. Wasn’t a big rush to remedy the issue. Overall beautiful hotel and would stay there again.

The hotel overall is spectacular especially with the newly updated rooms. Most staff were good, but one front desk staff was not friendly at all. We also ordered mimosas with our free drink tickets and we’re told they’d be sent to my suite and they never came. Other than that, amazing suite and hotel.

Amazing service/staff!!

All of the staff, particularly the bartenders working the Halloween pop-up and main bar, were fantastic! Fast, friendly, funny. Even with a packed hotel and multiple weddings, they were so on top of things and made the stay extra special. Thanks!

The staff is really terrific. Would like to call out Rebecca at the front desk for being a true professional, very helpful, positive and a good presence to have at the front desk. Struggled finding a hot cup of coffee. The staff was very accommodating to my need but never did feel satisfied with the coffee I received. Nice health club. Very quiet property, which is nice. Love the location.

My lone request would have been to have a feather pillow. In the bedroom. Every thing else was perfect : check-in at 3:00pm, dining room at 5:00 pm. I can’t remember her name but the check-in person was gracious & informative. For dinner the young woman couldn’t have been more helpful, ant at 9:00 am Elle & Jjasimin ( I think) were helpful and efficient. Thank you for a lovely stay🤗
