The only staff member that displayed good customer service was Ursula and the gentleman that checked me in.
Housekeeping staff, terrible. I cleaned my own room. Notified front desk, didn't care. Transferred me to Katie, management, she didn't care. She was actually kind of rude. They say if you want service just ask. That's not the case at all. I cleaned my own room, because it was nasty, food on the walls, dirty linen, etc. No one cared or offered an apology except Ursula. With Covid, and other viruses, I was going to sanitize the room anyway. I had to clean,Clorox cleean-up, Lysol wipes. Even had to wash the dishes. Asked housekeeping to vacuum the floor. Failed! SMH. Maintenance guy is cool too!
I clean my room, ask for supplies, now......it's okay.
