The only staff member that displayed good customer service was Ursula and the gentleman that checked me in. Housekeeping staff, terrible. I cleaned my own room. Notified front desk, didn't care. Transferred me to Katie, management, she didn't care. She was actually kind of rude. They say if you want service just ask. That's not the case at all. I cleaned my own room, because it was nasty, food on the walls, dirty linen, etc. No one cared or offered an apology except Ursula. With Covid, and other viruses, I was going to sanitize the room anyway. I had to clean,Clorox cleean-up, Lysol wipes. Even had to wash the dishes. Asked housekeeping to vacuum the floor. Failed! SMH. Maintenance guy is cool too! I clean my room, ask for supplies, now......it's okay.

Nice hotel for the price

I was impressed that the room had a kitchenette in it with a full sized refrigerator. It had a large desk in which I could easily do computer work. The only bad thing was the tennant in the room above mine couldn't turn off the water in their room and it proceeded to flood my room below. The front desk person gave me a new room and it was equally as nice.

While the property is clean and th staff polite, the amenities are old. Gym is outdated, no smart TV, the tub was cracking on every steps taken in it, the overcharge parking is unacceptable.

It was ok. I liked that they had laundry available and kitchen in your room. However my daughter a 2 year old got very sick because the shower. The water temperature was Luke warm and informed Night Shift and morning shift they didn’t know how to help me or never attempted to help me either

Great stay. There was no chair for the desk and the remote didn’t work for the TV, but it was fixed immediately.

After extending my trip i booked here, my issues were that the rooms werent fully cleaned, there was some trash in the cabinets of the living room and some stuff in the bathroom as well. Not much an issue, but the bathtubs creek like crazy when you step inside them and their washing machine i had didnt close and take the soap provided and leaked all over which i had to clean up. The stovestop i had seriously lacked power and didnt cook very well. But the rooms were renovated and looked beautiful. I'll definitely stay here again for my next vacation and for longer too. Ill just ask for a different room if it happens again
