Everything was great, the only comment is the fact that it was super icy on the walkway and steps when we got there and it was rather chilly in the house but when we requested that that the heat be turned up he did so immediately

The house was very neat and clean. The photos made the house appear larger. The rug in the living room is a trip hazard and the railing to the front door and on the stairs needs re-enforcing. The issue was that the access information was not given in a timely manner! Although the host said he emailed info I went through all my emails and never found the information. Left several voicemails on phone number. Finally thirty minutes after check in and contacting customer service I was contacted by host with access information
