I stayed in your Hotel from December 14th to 16th, I have a $86.74 charged in my Amex 81006 but I do not recognize it and there is no invoice regarding the charge. I only used your valet parking and I received the receipt for $70 (2 days) and I had already paid the room by Expedia before arriving and I didn't ask for anything additional during my stay.

I will never stay here again or recommend staying here. The room was nice however none of the toiletries were filled and when they came to refill them, the maid walked into the shower with her muddy shoes on and left dirt in the bathroom. The people in the next room were very loud and then got into an argument. They were screaming at one another so loud we could hear them through the wall. We kept calling the front desk (5 times) and no one answered. It stopped after about 30 minutes when one of them finally left. We let the front desk know how bad our stay was and they reassured me a manager would call us and no one ever did.

I stayed at the Godfrey December of 2024 and it felt so luxurious. Not the same in December 2025. No robes, no room service menu-called for room service no answer, had to call the front desk because the heater wasn’t working properly, noise from the heater, elevator and other guests made it uncomfortable. Next holiday season we will try somewhere new. I will say the staff was wonderful.

The room was clean! Shared spaces were clean. Staff were hardworking. I loved the 7th floor bar, there are many bar options at this hotel, so you don’t have to worry about scarcity. I did go right before NYE, so some of the drink options were not available. Overall great stay!
