Perfect location, so convenient, steps from a great beach & walkable to bars, restaurants & shops. Unit has everything you need & want. Has an outdoor shower! It’s not a busy street so you dont get much noise. The owner Bill couldn’t be nicer. We loved it!

A Perfect Beach Get Away

We had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment in Dewey, which felt more like a little cottage. Inside, it was roomy and comfortable, with all the modern amenities of home. The enclosed porch with automatic blinds expanded the indoor space and was lovely in the morning where we had coffee and in the evening where we read and watched ball games. The outdoor space, with picnic tables and a gas grill, provided a nice evening of cooking and eating outdoors. We also made use of the two outdoor showers. The location is absolutely perfect, quiet but within walking distance of everything in Dewey. It's close to the beach, and the beach was not crowded. Our host Bill made our check-in very easy and was available for any questions. He even ordered a new piece for the umbrella that was provided, along with beach chairs. We had a really fun and relaxing week and we would definitely stay here again.

Great experience overall

This was the exact amount of space we needed. Really nice enclosed porch, super clean and comfortable. It was a homey feeling, which I loved. The owner was very helpful and a greay communicator. We had chairs and an umbrella there, which freed up space for pur travels. We really enjoyed it.

Amazing Condo

I highly recommend staying at Bill's Dewey Beach condo. Our stay went extremely smooth from start to finish. Bill is a terrific owner, extremely accommodating and communcates thoroughly to ensure our stay at his Dewey condo was easy and seamless. The condo location is very conveniently located. Its an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. 100% would stay again.

Just what we were looking for!

This was the perfect little place for our anniversary staycation
 off the beaten path enough to avoid rowdy groups but right there on the beach and walking distance for evening dinners and entertainment in town. We had a great time and Bill was easily reachable for anything we needed during our stay.

Downtime at the Beach

We love this area and visit yearly for Birthday and, this year, 1st Anniversary. We look forward to relaxing before the season gets going. This place was perfect just for that. It was in a great location, park and go. We get to explore the restaurants etc without worrying about driving . The condo was very clean, and we wanted for nothing. Comfortable master bed, nice sunroom to unwind in the evening. Very quiet area and on ocean side just minutes walk to the beach. The were beach items available for use as well. There's a court area before entrance to condo with picnic tables and grills for families to enjoy cooking outside. The owners were very easy to work with and were very attentive to details. Definitely looking forward to next year. Thank you Bill and Meg for renting to us.

Steps to the beach, great neighborhood!

Had a fantastic stay. Place was clean and steps to the beach, also convenient for local dining! Beautiful sunsets on the bay. Loved the small town feel of Dewey beach. We will definitely be back.

Dewey Beach - August one week stay

Excellent rental. Well located in quiet neighborhood with easy and quick beach access. Several restaurants, bars and shop within walking distant. The two bedroom unit was perfect for me and my adult daughter. Beds were comfortable and no problem sleeping, plenty of storage for clothes. Another nice feature was individual A/C units in bedrooms. The kitchen is a bit cramped but is functional with all appliances working. Is well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls, glassware and silverware in addition to pots and pans. The additional living spaces, TV room and sun room, were clean with comfortable furniture. In the sun room, we enjoyed coffee in morning and refreshments in the evenings. Would not have a problem renting this unit again or recommending it to others.
