Amazing location, cozy condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this oceanfront condo! It was clean and cute, and the location was the icing on the cake. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean in the morning and the evening. The owner was very responsive and helpful. My only wish was that the unit had a washer and dryer. Just pack plenty of clothes and this condo will be perfect for a couple or small family!

Great overall stay

This place had amazing views of the ocean. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. It is extremely easy to get to the beach or run back up if you forgot something. Everything in Dewey is walkable. This was our 4th year visiting Dewey, and this place was by far our favorite place to stay. The only down side was having to go to an office to get/return keys (in Rehoboth). It would have been much more convenient if they had a smart lock.

Great Views and Ideal Location

We loved our stay… it was definitely our best beach vacation thus far. The condo was the ideal size for my small family (pregnant wife and daughter). Morning sunrises we’re amazing. The recently updated bathrooms and kitchens were very esthetically pleasing, so much so that we had multiple friends ask us where we stayed. Being so close to the beach was also great because we didn’t have to walk very far. When we did walk to the shops and our favorite spots to eat later in the day it was still close enough and a great way to end the day. I can’t imagine us staying anywhere else when we come back to Dewey.

We have been renting this beautiful place through Berkshire for years. We work primarily with Kim Rebman !!!!~ and often have a chance to interact and communicate with Kim's associates. They are patient, professional, helpful, flexible and set a standard for us to follow. We would choose to rent through this company consistently. Kim, thank you so much for everything you do!Sunspot 204 is wonderful. This year there were updates made, more spacious rooms with some rearrangements of furniture and overall was more usable (who knew ~ we loved it before!). The positioning of the Condo on the corner of the building on the Ocean means we have the most beautiful view of the sunrises ~ for as far as we can see. Evenings are gorgeous ~ our weather was amazing. We host a Summer Solstice dinner each year ~ the space is so accommodating. We love it and hope to be back each year. Thank you for allowing us to share our experience.

great ocean views. Fun dolphin watching and watching dogs on the beach. Great location for beach access. Clean end unit. Relaxing neutral decor. Does get loud outside especially on weekend nights due to bars close by.
