The registration person was extremely rude at both check in and check out. The hotel elevator and the room were dirty, this included the bathroom and all surfaces in the room. There was no hot water for a shower. The best I could get was barely Lukewarm water. I tried turning the temperature selection knob different directions with no result.

Please upgrade the room to incude plugs or charging ability closer to the beds and ensure it's cleaned not just surface cleaned . The rooms are very old style. De-ice the parking lot or at least around the doors. If you list amenities on the rooms and hotel add, please have them available for guests to use. Soooo many cigarette butts around the front door was so gross and messy. I stayed at this hotel last July 2024 and it was great. This time, not so much.
