This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, all the staff were super friendly and helpful especially the staff in guest relations. My only reservation was we came in April for our wedding anniversary with friends and many of the amenities were closed, children’s water park, various bars and only 2 a la carte restaurants open, saying that they were lovely, the main restaurants food was of a very high standard compared to many hotels in this region. This hotel is split into different sections, ie family, community and adult which is a nice feature but it is very big and for people with disabilities this could be a problem, I do believe you can request travel buggies which will help immensely. I would like to come again but in warmer and later in the season to see this hotel at its best

The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel.

Uden tvivl bedste all inclusive hotel i Türkiye

Har været på mange all-inclusive hoteller i Türkiye men Anda Barut er virkelig uden sammenligning det bedste hotel vi har været på. Over alt er der super rent, store rummelige værelser, enormt venlig personale der gør hvad de kan for at yde den bedste service og altid smilende og venlig. Madens kvalitet, præsentation og smag er meget høj. Ala carte restauranter giver en oplevelse ud over det sædvanlige. Stranden er også virkelig god og meget rent inklusiv havets renhed ved stranden. Anda Barut har i alle henseender levet op til vores normalt høje krav og forventninger til et fem * hotel

Otele girdiğimiz andan son dakikaya kadar güler yüzlü çalışanlarla karşılaştık. Ailecek eğlenceli bir tatil geçirdik. Otel çok büyük olduğundan havuz başında da şezlong bulamama sorunu hiç yaşamadık. Telefonda uygulama üzerinden sipariş vermek ve a la carte rezervasyonu yapılması da kolaylıktı.

Tatil dediğin böyle olur

4 yaşındaki oğlumuzla gittik. Herşey mükemmeldi. Otelin yemekleri denizi havuzu hizmeti herşey harikaydı. Uzun zaman sonra uzun bir süre konaklayacağımız oteli bulduk diyebiliriz. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili güleryüzlü, odalar çok geniş bakımlı ve konforlu. Otel temiz ve hijyenik görünüyordu. Su kaydırakları çok yeterli üst seviye. Aile sahilleri için korunaklı bir deniz içinde havuz yapmışlar nerdeyse. Denizi çok güzel kum.

Otele giriş yaptığımız ilk andan beri özel ilgi ile karşılaştık. Personel cok güler yüzlü, çalışanlar çok kibar. Başından sonuna kadar şahane bir tatildi.

Zu 95% nur Engländer, die verbleibenden 5% teilen sich Russen, Türken und Deutsche. Wer morgens eine Liege möchte musste früh aufstehen, denn hier wird ab 6/7 Uhr fleißig reserviert und dann teilweise gar nicht gekommen oder nur einmal kurz. Kenne es aus keinem anderem Barut Hotel, dass so etwas geduldet wird. Das Personal kommt mit den Getränken am Pool teilweise durch zu wenig Personal nicht hinterher und leider nur an einigen liegen QR-Codes somit muss man warten bis irgendwann der Kellner kommt oder sich selbst brav in der Reihe anstellen und das heißt warten, da meist nur 1 Barkeeper da ist, die anderen drei waschen ab oder füllen nach und auf. Wir hatten in der Chipsschüssel eine Feder drin, was gar nicht sein kann, ein absolutes No-Go! Da am Familypool sehr viele Spatzen unterwegs sind, wäre es schön wenn die Liegen und Tische abends und morgens gereinigt werden, denn der Kot ist überall. Häufig vom Vorabend noch Müll an der Liege somit viele Ameisen über Nacht. Am Hotel und teilweise an den Balkonen Nesterbau der Vögel somit sehr laut zum schlafen und vollgekriegt der Balkon inkl. der Möbel und der darauf lüftenden Kleidung. Zimmerwechsel war möglich auf Nachfrage in ein kleineres Zimmer somit ein downgrade ohne das es Geld zurück gibt oder eins mit direkt 2 Nestern dran oder eins direkt neben der Küchenlüftung. Somit sind wir dort geblieben ab 4/5 Uhr sehr laut durch die schreienden Vogelbabys und deren Mama! Mindestens 10x Stromausfall in 12 Tagen Aufenthalt.
