Ce condominium de 1260 pieds carrĂ©s au troisiĂšme Ă©tage est situĂ© sur la rive du lac Dillon dans les condominiums de Point Dillon qui sont Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du barrage du rĂ©servoir Dillon. Les fenĂȘtres du plafond au sol et la grande terrasse avec exposition sud offrent des vues spectaculaires sur le lac Dillon, la chaĂźne Peak 10, la montagne Keystone et le ciel.

Vous pouvez profiter gratuitement du ski et de l'embarquement dans les stations de Keystone et Breckenridge avec nos quatre forfaits de ski quotidiens. Il y a une piste cyclable adjacente à la propriété qui fait partie d'un réseau de sentiers pavés qui mÚne à Keystone, Breckenridge et Vail et au nord le long de la riviÚre Blue.

En plus d'un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale et de 2 grands lits jumeaux dans la deuxiÚme chambre, il y a 2 canapés-lits queen-size dans la salle familiale. Internet haute vitesse est fourni.

Un parking souterrain et un ascenseur permettent d'accéder facilement à l'unité. Les quatre forfaits de ski permettent de skier et de faire du snowboard gratuitement tous les jours dans les stations de Keystone et Breckenridge. Il est à une courte distance d'un centre commercial et des centres commerciaux et à cinq minutes à pied du centre-ville de Dillon. L'unité est nettoyée professionnellement avant votre arrivée et aprÚs votre départ. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Nous préférons les locations à la semaine du samedi aprÚs-midi au samedi matin, mais envisagerons des locations à trois jours pendant certaines périodes de l'année.

Very nice condo for our weekend ski trip. Incredible view to wake up to. Furniture is a bit old (couches) but works just fine for evening unwinds. Kitchen was well setup for cooking in, but there's also a walking path to a couple local restaurants (15 min walk downhill... We Uber'd back up the hill to conserve for skiing). Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. The 4 daily ski passes (included) make this condo 5 stars ! Thanks to Leah (our host) for quick responses and great directions which led to zero issues with our stay. Look forward to staying here again.

The host was very kind and easy to communication. The check-in process was very clear smooth. The living room has stunning view of Lake Dillon. We liked the kitchen. The only disappointment was the double twin bed sheet swasn't clean. I could smell the BO from the pillowcase the first night. The next morning, I washed all the sheets in the twin beds and slept better since.

This property was extremely easy to find and served us perfectly as our home base for the week. Close to everything you need and 12 minutes to Keystone ski area. The view of Lake Dillon and mountains from the back was stunning and the gas stove kept us so comfy. There is plenty of room, the kitchen was stocked and loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. The host was very communicative when we had questions. Great stay, would definitely book again!

Leaving is the hardest part

We really wanted to stay forever. The condo is as advertised. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are beyond amazing day or night. The deck is a great space and warmer than you'd think on a fall day. Leah and Stephen were easy to reach and prompt to get someone in if repairs are needed. We stayed during the shoulder season so the resorts weren't open for us to use the passes. What a bonus for skiers or mtn bikers. We definitely recommend this property and plan on visiting again.

Great stay!

Highly recommend this property! The location is perfect for summer day trips to Frisco, Breck and Keystone. Many restaurants within walking distance and also a grocery store close by to get your essentials for meals to eat on the patio. Huge patio with lovely views! Amazing View on Lake Dillon

The pictures don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the oversized patio. The condo is conveniently located next to the dam so Frisco and Breckenridge were minutes away. The Dillon Amphitheater is about 1/4 mile away and we could hear the concerts from our patio. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here! The view was spectacular and the location was wonderful for hiking and biking! The condo was clean and well-supplied for all of our cooking/cleaning/sleeping needs throughout the week. It was really nice to have private, secure parking and space to put our bikes. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The facility was undergoing structural maintenance while we were there and the workers did an awesome job of working around everyone going in and out. Our only negative was that the elevator was out of order all week. We got in good shape going up and down the stairs!

Great getaway place.

It was our second time staying in this condo. It’s very convenient to have the ski passes and be right in town. We enjoyed the great view from the window, the hot tub and pool, the slopes at keystone and a-basin. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Couldn't be any happier.

My experience renting this condo was excellent. All the communication from rental to check-in was reliable and responsive. What I enjoyed most was the cleanliness and overall condition. The view is excellent and I loved sitting on the deck with morning coffee or an afternoon book. I hope to stay there again next summer.
