The location was excellent as also was the view from the balcony. 10 minutes walk to a supermarket, 2 minutes to boulangerie (which I visited each morning for excellent pastries and croissants), 10 minutes to town. Parking a bit of a problem and was disappointed to have to pay 50 euros for cleaning, and 25 euros for linen per bedroom. Overall a very enjoyable week.

Everything was perfect. The appartment, the situation and the view from the appartment were amazing. There was a restaurant only 2 minutes walk away that served exceptional meals. We hope to return.

Fabulous views!

We have stayed at this property several times, as it is very pleasant. Filled with sunlight, with a rare large deck viewing the estuary. Odile is a wonderful host, always accommodating. We love to go into the village on foot, buy a lobster, and enjoy eating it on the beautiful deck. Very restful and relaxing stay.

Perfect apartment with perfect view

Suited us very well. Well equipped, comfy beds, Smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine with laundry drying rack. Photos don’t do it justice. The sun terrace is wonderful, with fantastic views across the Rance and to St Malo. Within walking distance of food shops and countless restaurants and having the Promenade Clair de Lune on our doorstep was fantastic. Great for running/walking. My husband used the sea water pool every day. This was a great apartment, in a perfect location and made great use of the available space. We loved it

This property has a fabulous location. We love the deck and the beautiful views! Ordering our lobster and serving it on the deck, with a crisp white wine, nothing better! Super location.

This our second year in a row staying here.. we love it, love Dinard, and love proximity to St. Malo. Very comfortable beds, a huge deck on which to enjoy your lobster dinner with a view of St. Malo!

A very good apartment in an excellent location

We stayed 10 days in this well equipped and spacious apartment. The location is ideal - only a short walk into the town centre, two beaches and close to a lovely footpath/promenade. The small boats to St Malo and elsewhere leave from the quayside nearby. The outstanding feature of the apartment is the large and well equipped terrace with lovely views across the bay and towards St Malo. Dinard is a lovely town with three good beaches and good restaurants and walks. It takes only 20 minutes drive from the ferry port in St Malo. Two disappointments were the absence of dedicated parking - the small car park behind the property was often full - and an inconvenient hand-held shower. Otherwise everything was excellent, we had a good relaxing holiday and hope to return soon.

Excellent position, well equipped, very comfortable.

A great location in Dinard overlooking the marina where there is always plenty of action, also very close to the town centre, shops and market. The veranda got plenty of sunshine and the view across to St Malo was amazing - a great place to relax. We walked the coast in both directions and enjoyed an excellent boat trip to Cap Frehel.

Very nice apartment in Dinard, but what really makes it special is the fantastic views you get from the very spacious balcony. We had a great time.

Well situated, great balcony views

The property is well situated, with easy access to town, and free parking close by. The balcony has excellent views across to St Malo, and we spent much time there. All basic facilities and utensils are well provided for cooking, laundry etc. Good value
