For rent weekly 2 bedroom 45m2 maisonette-like flat in a small private residence, the Clos de la Fontaine. Quiet with private south-facing terrace. Ideally located 100m from coastal path, 250m from the beach, 400m from town center and market. Ideal for a family vacation without car.

Equipped for 5 people. max. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms one with 2 single beds (90cm) and one king size bed (160cm). Ground floor: bathroom with shower, separate toilet, fitted kitchen, living room with sofa bed (140cm) & dining area. Sheets and towels provided. Free WELAN. Satellite TV.

Le Clos de la Fontaine, the charming stone house in which this independent apartment is located is set in the heart of Dinard, quietly set back from the street in a courtyard nicely planted with palm trees and local vegetation. The moonlight coast promenade is 100m away and offers a superb view of St Malo.

Personalized welcome on arrival on Saturday between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. by the owner Patricia who speaks fluent English. Answering your questions and happy to give you good addresses and ideas for excursions. Presence guaranteed on departure on Saturday morning.

Location that combines local amenities with pleasure, rest and holiday activities, the beach and the city's services and entertainment. Shops and neighborhood life (excellent bakery and beach bar in the immediate vicinity). Magnificent hikes along the sea from the apartment (GR34). An environment which varies with the tides and which we never tire of!

Bus stop for St Malo train station 100m away. TGV train station of ST MALO 15 minutes by bus or car. Dinard -Pleurtuit airport 15 minutes by car. Shuttle Bus boat between Dinard and St Malo in 20 minutes, boat pier for St Malo 500m away. Space to park your bikes in the courtyard.

Petits bonheurs à Dinard

Découvertes de paysages magnifiques de Dinard à Saint Malo, en se posant aussi à Cancale et à Dinan . Toutes les randonnées se sont effectuées à pieds. Restaurants et crêperies au rendez-vous . Mention spéciale aux crêperies le Marégraphe à dinard et le Grain Noir à Saint Malo . Et bien d'autres découvertes culinaires. Habitants très sympas et ouverts à la discussion . Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

Agréable location calme proche du centre ville et de la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour à Dinard. La location est très bien située, au calme, proche de la promenade du bord de mer et du port et aussi du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pieds. Logement agréable et fonctionnel, nous avons apprécié la terrasse ensoleillée et bien abritée pour dejeuner. Seul bémol, les chambres sont mansardées et escalier un peu raide et sans rampe. Ne convient pas aux personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes de mobilité. Sinon logement très propre et propriétaire accueillante.

Heerlijke kleine vakantie woning centrum Dinard

Heerlijke kleine woning in rijtje van 3 authentieke kleine woningen met eigen terrasje en midden in Dinard. Woning was erg schoon en gezellig ingericht en ligt op 600 meter van centrum Dinard. Ook vlak bij strand Prieure op 150 meter waar een piscine de mer (zwembad in zee dat vult bij vloed) is. Pracht plek waar we graag nog eens komen. Gastvrouw is bijzonder aardig en zorgt erg goed voor haar gasten. Enige punt van kritiek is misverstand over reserveren van handdoeken en beddengoed waardoor we nog 's avonds laat onze gastvrouw moesten lastigvallen. Dus handdoeken en beddengoed is niet in de prijs inbegrepen. Maar zeer aan te raden huisje waar we graag nog eens terug komen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, ordentlich und für vier Personen gut geeignet. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral zwischen den Stränden, dem Ort und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Lediglich die Parksituation ist aufgrund der zentralen Lage etwas schwierig.
