The room itself was great, as was the bed. Bath tissue was hard, bring your own if you like a soft tissue. Good location for exploring the inner city but be cautious when taking 2 right turns when you leave the hotel… you may think you’re walking the wall perimeter but, to our surprise, you land right in the Red Light District. Not something you want to explain to your children, even at 9:45am…

Most of the staff were very friendly. The lady with the dark hair exudes distaste with her job and anyone in front of her….. Room was not the bed we booked through Expedia but we decided not to complain and they did offer to move us. It is a convenient location within the alt market but streets are dirty around and red light district very near by. would probably stay in a different hotel next time.

Spacious family room

Family room was spacious but had a relatively small bathroom with two sinks. Room backed up to a street with a fair amount of noise from the bar(s) on it. Opening the windows was not an option and the A/C decided to raise its temperature setting an hour after we fell asleep. Took another hour and I woke up in a sweat, stripped the cover off the duvet, and fell back to sleep an hour after that after persuading the A/C to a lower temp and higher fan setting. Beds were quite comfortable which led to a nearly perfect sleep score for my wife who grew up in Phoenix.
