It’s a brand new hotel, very clean , great shower, beds are a little too stiff, breakfast was great, parking was no issue and easy. The only thing I did not like about the place is the fact that whatever they wash towels and bed sheets with, has a bad smell that annoys you all night . Other than that, place is great and so is the location and staff.

Blackhan Palace Hotel’de ailemle birlikte 4 gün konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Otele ilk girişimizden itibaren personelin ilgisi, güler yüzü ve profesyonelliği bizi çok mutlu etti. Müdür Mansur Bey ve resepsiyon ekibinden Ramazan Bey, Servan Bey, Murat Bey ve Onur Bey her konuda yardımcı oldular. Otelin temizliği, düzeni ve genel atmosferi oldukça başarılıydı. Konaklama süremiz boyunca herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Hizmet kalitesi yüksek, tekrar tercih edilebilecek ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edilebilecek bir otel.

Odamız çok kullanışlı, çok rahattı. Bir tek çeşmelerde suyun tazyiği azdı. Kahvaltı serpmeydi, ne istesek ilave getirdiler. Güzel doyduk. Çalışanlar bizi memnun etmek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Kısacası memnun kaldığımız bir oteldi, tekrar Diyarbakır'a gelirsek tercih edebiliriz.
