Swanky big-city vibes and amenities in a Salina, Kansas location. Our room had multiple rooms and everything needed for an extended stay. Very spacious. It was the host hotel for the conference we were attending and it did not disappoint! They provided a great facility for our conference/retreat. The meeting area(s) were nice and comfortable, and the staff did a great job providing refreshments and meals for our group.
Staff was kind despite some very rude customers due to a computer failure the attendant clearly was not in control of! Breakfast was good, many options
It was a modern and clean room but the door wouldnt open and close without a llt of effort. The door jamb or somthing must have been damaged previously. The walls are super thin. Apon arriving we could hear the gentleman next doors phone conversation word for word, he wasnt raising his voice either.. It was hard to stay in the room with that going on. The evening host was not that helpfull but the morng staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical. I did accidentialy leave a garment bag with several shirts and they contacted me and was able to quickly ship it back to me.
We arrived four hours before check in time and they graciously allowed us to get into our room immediately. The room was clean and very adequate. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food.
The only negatives...the outlets on the lamps didn't work so we had to crawl around, moving items, and unplugging lamps so we could plug in our chargers. Also, we could hear every noise out in the hallwall, including the people that came in each night after midnight.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we're in town.
Front desk staff was nice. Free WiFi doesnât work cause no-one knows how to access it including the front desk. The room is clean and acceptable but nothing special.
