Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January to 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 11 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 December, EUR 2.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 11 years of age.

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: EUR 7 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10.0 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 35.0 per day
• Facilities fee: EUR 5 per person, per day and includes use of: swimming pool

• All guests (including children) need to be present at check-in to show their government-issued photo ID or passport.

• The seasonal pool will open in June and close in August.
• Pool access available from 10 AM to 7 PM
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
