I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PROPERTY ON THE PEARL SIDE. MR. ABBASS & HIS STAFF WELCOMED ME & MY LADY WITH OPEN ARMS. I WOULD RECOMMENDED THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO EXPERIENCE ELEGANCE WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE ENJOYED THE LOUNGE, BAY VIEW, & SAILOR'S LOUNGE. WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU ALL.
It was underwhelming compared to other options in the area. Considering this hotel is at a higher price point I would have expected check in to go quicker, the rooms to be cleaner and there to be a phone in the living room and trash bin in the bedroom under the desk. You could see that the cleaners are short and donât have access to a ladder to clean the wardrobe as you can see the streaks where it was wiped. Attended a function in the ballroom and the cloth napkins left lint on my gown.
Luxuroius hotel but poor service. The room is not what it promises to be. Little disappointment on that. The expectations were higher but the experience was not so bad after all. Tthe restaurants and the pool area were the best things in the hotel.

The resort was nice and we did receive an upgrade to a fantastic room upon arrival. However, the staff around the resort treated us poorly and completely ruined the stay for me. We were stopped and questioned several times walking around the resort like we should not be on the property. The buffet attendant was extremely rude at breakfast. Security chased us down and tried to remove us after walking across the bridge from the pearl. Overall, very dissatisfied with the stay and would not recommend this location to travelers. The other St. Regis location in Doha seemed to have more polite staff and might be a better choice.
It started with a suite that has an AC which wouldnât stop cooling no matter the temp you set it on or fan speed / auto. After some time with maintenance I have requested to be moved to another suite which they did. But wait there is more. At 1 am the fire alarm went off bells and whistles. They shut it off and said it was a false alarm (this is a reoccurring theme) as the alarm went off again at 6 am on the same day. After which, two days went fine until checkout where the alarms went off again (twice) at around 10:30 am. So if you like to be tested with the hotels alarms. This is the hotel for you.
