Parking at the house. Shop 550 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Como" 52 km, pebble beach "Spiaggia 'Madonnina'" 600 m. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 27 km, surf school 850 m, cycle lane 600 m. Nearby attractions: Villa Camilla, Chiesa San Bartolomeo, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monti di Vercana, Sasso Pelo. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
