In continuity, you have the room with 2 single beds, which on request can come together to form a king size bed. This room has its shower room, its separate toilet, and it overlooks the covered terrace.
The exterior staircase leads to the upper level which consists of an entrance hall with two separate WC, a shower room and a corridor which serves 3 double bedrooms including 1 Suite.
Another kitchen adjoining the living / dining room with opening onto terrace.
Automatic gate, Mediterranean garden, space to park 4 cars, heated pool, pool house that can serve as a dining area, equipped with a fridge and a freezer.
A ping-pong table is there to animate evenings and petanque parties can be held on the side of the villa.
