Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep.

The property was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was so well equipped and top end spec. The whole property was very luxurious and super comfy. I slept like a log - which is not at all normal for me. There were blankets for use inside and out, the linen and towels were beautiful. I would say home from home - but my house is not this nice!!It’s very remote and super quiet at night, but only a short journey to lots of things to do. We would recommend the silent pool gin distillery tour but you need to book in advance. Definitely returned home with batteries fully recharged.

Gorgeous and tranquil

A gorgeous little barn which was perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Love the location and easy walks out into the countryside. The barn is super clean with great facilities - couldn’t ask for any more.

Wow! Stunningly beautiful barn conversion in a wonderful location. Highlights were waking up to see two deer in the front yard and the amazing interiors. My partner particularly liked the 65” TV and I loved the modern kitchen, so much so I cooked on two nights. Wonderful local farm shop/butcher’s. Plenty of nearby pubs to enjoy too. The peace and tranquility of the location was magical….bird song & ripple from the stream. Stunning sunrise & sunsets. Generous welcoming gifts from the owners and well stocked pantry. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing hideaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the barn where Amanda has done an incredible job in making this the perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet of the surrounding countryside. The barn has everything you need, Amanda is a brilliant host and looked after us from booking through to our stay. We'll definitely be back !

Loved, loved everything about this little barn! As soon as you open the door you are blown away by all the amenities. It made for a very romantic trip and the view of Leith Hill Tower was a bonus! Highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking to unwind and relax! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
