We only stayed for a quick pit stop while traveling but the room was clean and comfortable with delicious smelling toiletries! The in-room coffee maker made for a quick departure to get back on the road in the morning. My only concern was the outside door that was supposed to be locked was propped open with a wooden wedge. This compromised the security of all guests.

The staff was present but not the most engaging and offers no more than necessary. The shower had soap scum on the bottom of the shower door and I had to rinse the shower due to loose hairs on the floor of the shower. Everything else was as expected

Television stayed on until I turned it off! Crazy comment -- not really. I stayed with one of your competitors' down the street twice and the television cut itself off every hour on the hour. Because of that you will be my new go to when in Dothan. Thank you.

Rooms and whole property was spotless. We enjoyed having dinner at the bar and food was delicious. Full service breakfast with lots of choices and great service was amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I thought that I was getting a wheelchair accessible room, but I didn’t. The staff checked for an available accessible room, but none were available. Carpet was damp, paint had flaked off bathroom mirror, and there was an odor to the room. Bed was comfortable, but all in all, the room needed some serious upgrades. We travel a lot, and I expected more from a Hilton. The common areas were nice, but sadly this was not a very enjoyable stay. The note on the waters in my room that stated if I was a diamond member, I was free to drink, but if not, there would be a charge if I drank them. TACKY!
