The room was not clean. I paid for a efficient room. There was food left in the microwave (a bowl with a fork and some type of food), no tissue paper on the roll, no paper towels, no dish detergent in the kitchen, old dirty sponges in the kitchen the room was not sanitize. The shower floor had mold in the cracks of the tile and around the base of the shower. Because they could not give me another room, I have to purchase shower shoes to take a shower. I was not conversate for the unsatisfied room. I have to pay the full price. I had taken some pictures of the shower floor and the dirty sponges. I would never stay at another Comfort Inn establishment or recommend.

We stayed at Milford Comfort Inn for a week over Christmas while visiting family. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was clean when we arrived. Our room was not cleaned or serviced the entire time we were there !!! The bed was never changed or made. The bathroom was never cleaned. The trash was overflowing and the floors were dirty. We asked for several times for the room to be cleaned but it never was, even though the front desk said it was on the schedule. Twice Hubs had to go to the desk and get clean towels and wash cloths while the dirty ones piled up on the bathroom floor. He even had to go and ask for toilet paper and tissues !!!! The staff was friendly. Hubs said the breakfast was ok. We had planned on using the pool over the weekend but it was closed Thursday-Monday 😢 When we first got there we said, we’d stay there again. When we left we said, no thank you. Such a shame when you pay good money for a stay and you’re very dissatisfied when you leave.

It was just OK. The beds will a little too firm for me. The entrance to the site was a little odd, you ended up in the neighboring Popeye's if you were not careful. Breakfast did not look that palatable, so we went to the local diner. For a couple of nights, it was fine.
