We would like to note that because of the present energy crisis and extreme dryness, we all have a moral obligation to reduce energy and water consumption to an absolute minimum. We appreciate your cooperation in this effort.
All around are large terraces, and below you will see a majestic salt
water swimming pool of 12 x 6 m, bowling alley.
Around the terraces you will find a Ping Pong table, a gas barbecue, a hammock.
Ideal for a stay with several families or friends.
The location is perfect between sea and mountain to visit the region.
Ideally located at 5 mn from DRAGUIGNAN, close to all amenities, at only 20 minutes from the train station of ARCS SUR ARGENS and 1h from the airport of NICE, 35 km from the sea (Saint Aygulf, Sainte Maxime, Saint Raphael and Saint Tropez) and 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon, between 10 mn and 30 mn from all the villages of the Haut Var and their popular Provencal markets for their tastings of wines, goat cheeses, tapenades, anchoiades, olives... . .
The access is via a small asphalt road - welcome to PROVENCE.
Numerous charming villages and tourist sites are located a few kilometers away, such as: Tourtour, elected the most beautiful village in France which culminates at 635 m with its flowered lanes and its fountains.
Cotignac : village of character at the foot of a majestic rock from which a waterfall falls. Old houses with facades from the 16th and 17th centuries, narrow streets, fountains ....
This region is excellent for sports:
Numerous bike rides can be done from the villa.
In the same way that the Var offers many tracks for the road bikes as for the VTT, in particular the European way distance of 25 kms departure FLAYOSC to SILLANS LA CASCADE.
The gorges of the Verdon at only 1h to make paddle, canyon ing. Climbing, kayak...
Mountain biking, racing biking, mountain biking with or without a guide can be organized, and bicycles can be made available for your stay.
Canoeing and kayaking trips can be organized on various routes on the surrounding rivers.

NO PARTIES, WEDDINGS, BIRTHDAYS, ETC. WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY
