Great place to stay. The house is a bit older but has been very well maintained and cared for. The river out front is amazing, and you are about 20 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park!
We really enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. Being able to hike up the road from the house, on the property, was very nice. The drive from the property to Estes Park was only about 3 miles and was like a picture postcard every time we went into town. The house had more than enough room and everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Robin always communicated with us in a very timely manner. It was a good value, and we would highly recommend.
It's difficult to know where to start about this incredible property. I'll have to admit I was skeptical due to the age of the house. I never expected to travel back in time to my Grandmother's house. It has lot's of quirky charm. We have been to Estes Park many times, but staying 32 days at this sweet home made it my favorite vacation of all time. (And we travel a lot!) Just outside the door is a beautiful hike up the private road, and of course the river is incredible too. Robin was so nice to work with. He addressed any questions immediately. When you walk in the door, you feel the love of the owner's precious family. Thank you so much for sharing your blessing with others. We can't always get away for 30 days, but if this house ever rents for shorter terms we would be back over and over.
Was a great location for myself and family after traveling to Estes Park for a travel assignment, a nice little getaway. The river out front is beautiful, as well as the property and hiking behind the house. Was large enough for my husband, 3 year old, and dog; we were all very comfortable. Good communication with the host. It is an old house, just a couple issues with plumbing in the tub that never got resolved and some flies that they sent the handy man over for. Overall would highly recommend
