Great place!

This is a very clean and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The well-stocked kitchen gets lots of pleasant afternoon sunlight. Paul and Frances are lovely people who are very attentive and welcoming. We would highly recommend this listing to skiers because of its location near the UTA park and rides. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay while visiting family in the Sandy/Draper area. This space exceeded all expectations! Great neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. And a fantastic walking trail a block away.

A gem in Draper!

I couldn’t have found a better property for my stay in Draper. Paul and Frances were wonderful hosts going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The apartment looked just like the pictures and had everything I needed. It’s in a wonderful neighborhood and close to shopping, groceries and food options. I am sure I will look at their availability the next time I return to the area.

Perfect Stay

This rental is a jewel. The hosts are gracious and very responsive. The apt is very large and well furnished. It is perfect for a comfortable short or longer stay. Nice that it is just a few minutes drive to terrific restaurants. Although the kitchen in the apt is set up for complete living needs. I will add that it is also conveniently located for paraglider pilots flying at Point of the Mountain. I hope to stay here again next year if it is available. I would highly recommend this rental. It has a private entrance and driveway parking.

Family vacation

We vacationed to visit family and this basement apartment was PERFECT. Close to the freeway and shopping-clean-quiet-large with all the amenities we could ask for. We would return any time we come back to Utah.

Quiet and Close

Accommodations were spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the private entrance to the lower level of the house. Kitchen facilities were much appreciated as we cooked all of our meals. We were within 30 minutes to the mouths of the Cottonwood canyons where we skied five days. Frances and Paul are wonderful hosts ensuring we had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the personal touch to the welcome basket at our arrival.

Great Accommodation

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for the whole month of February. The place was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our month stay. Very close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, skiing and entertainment. Hosts were wonderful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back next year.

Great Location and Spacious Apartment

All the little things are thought of and provided. Great location south of Salt Lake City. Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of table space for a one bedroom. The location is close to anything in the Salt Lake Valley around the point of the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home base for 2 weeks

I stayed here while in town on an extended business trip. The owners are wonderful - communication was clear, they were welcoming, and even helped me jump a dead battery on my car. The space is ample and well appointed. Internet was fast. Good location and easy access to a walking/biking trail. Worth noting - this is a basement apartment, so you will hear owners walking around above and muted voices. It wasn't an issue, and was quieter than many hotels I've stayed in. I'll stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable and in a beautiful setting

Frances and Paul went above and beyond to get the apartment ready for us after some flooding occurred during the worst rainstorm they’d had in 66+ years. They needed to replace part of the mat under the carpet and dry it all out. We were able to move in a day early and stayed a week. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and conveniently located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
