Our newly built, air-conditioned apartment offers a lovingly designed, bright space on the outskirts of Dresden with two free parking spaces—perfect for city explorers and nature lovers. The living and kitchen area features a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a desk, and a dining table for four. A TV provides entertainment even on rainy days. Wi-Fi is available. The modern kitchen includes an induction stove, microwave, eye-level oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and fridge with freezer compartment.



The bedroom faces the quiet north side. A dressing table with hairdryer complements the compact bathroom. A supermarket and the final stop of tram line 8 are just 200 meters away. The ride to the city center takes about 20 minutes. You can reach the apartment from the Hellerau highway exit in about 5 minutes by car, and from the airport in around 10 minutes.
