Our modern and well-equipped apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the beautiful district of Loschwitz / Niederpoyritz near the Elbe. The apartment is 61 square meters and offers enough space for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is very quiet in the back of the house (Elbe side), so nothing can be heard from the street. Equipment: large living and dining area with large TV, CD player and radio, comfortable sofa bed (160 cm), free WiFi access, large selection of books, very nice and large bedroom, spacious and well-equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher , Coffee machine, kettle and toaster and lots of cooking accessories. Bathroom with toilet and tub (with shower attachment). Garden use.
Tea towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea and many other extras are included.
Own bicycle storage room is available. Own parking space in front of the house.
From here you can walk to the Elbe, the Schönfeld highlands or the Elbhang in a few minutes. Only 300 m away you can take the ferry to the Laubegast bank. The apartment is located directly on the Elberadweg. Bus stop only 200 m away. The city center can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
