Lovely, spacious house. We had a great time. The kitchen was well-equipped and supplied with most necessities. Others may want to bring their own drinking water, extra dishwasher pods, and kitchen garbage bags. Since the pool doesn’t have a handrail by the steps, we moved a deck chair next to the steps so we had something to steady ourselves on to feel safe getting in and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with our kids and grandkids. WiFi access was great.

Kitchen was very well stocked. Blender, crock pot, lots of dishes and silverware. Kitchen and dining area was a little small for 13 women. Table seats 8 and we had a chef come in one night and couldn’t all sit at the same table. Check in was very easy and we had an issue with the dishwasher that they came and addressed immediately.

Excellent for Big Groups of Friends/Families!

My college friends and I rent a home every summer for a long weekend - a pool is a must! This home met most of our needs for our large group! We stayed in the pool all day Friday and Saturday and had the best time. It says it sleeps 18 but that’s tight. I think it’s better at the 16 adults we had or less. However we made it work! The property is gorgeous and the roads around the neighborhood are great for walks - a lot of nature to be seen! The management team was very attentive. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect spot for three families to kick off summer

Our family of four flew in from Denver to meet our great friends from Houston (two families of 5) and this spot was pretty perfect. The dwelling was the right amount of space, the pool and hot tub was great for all the kiddos and the entire space was clean and exactly as described. We would all highly recommend this spot!

Great family trip

Booked the space so our families could stay together for our wedding. The space was wonderful and 16 adults perfectly. We loved the pool and the backyard, and loved being able to spend time together. Definitely recommend.

Great Holiday Gathering

We rented the home for a large blended family get together and enjoyed it very much. It had good options for the kids entertainment. The kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed the peaceful location and beautiful outdoors. I would be cautious if you have anyone who is physically challenged as there are many stairs/steps to navigate without handrails.

This was our second time renting this house. We love the well stocked kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. We love all the activity options like the pool, mini-golf, ping-pong, corn-hole and shuffle board table.

challenging property for seniors

Overall we enjoyed the property. But the abundance of stairsteps & a lack of hand rails is dangerous for older folks. There's also no hand rail for getting in/out of the pool. The master bedroom door is misaligned & sticks. The master shower floor is slippery. We had to stand on a towel. The handle on the shower was broke. I did a temporary fix so we could use the shower. The euro bath and hand held shower head was inadequate for the upper level where we had 6 adults. The doll house is very warm and the fan that was furnished for this room is very loud. We all felt bad for the couple who used this room. The main floor bathroom is precariously located between the dining room & the breezeway. So you go through this bathroom to access the pool & garage areas and also the studio apartment. So if this bathroom was being used you had to walk to another side of the house to enter. The door from this bathroom to the breezeway wouldn't latch the wind would blow itThe golf green had not been blown clean and there's no broom on the site that we could have used to sweep the green. The golf tees were ok but there is no path to them. We had to walk through 12 - 18 inch tall weeds. There should be a maintained path to these tees. There were not enough hand towels for our group of 13 plus there's a lack of towel hang ups ( towel holders/wall hooks etc) The gas cooktop in the kitchen doesn't work correctly & may be unsafe. One burner doesn't come on & another will only provide a small flame.

Overall stay at the house was incredible, house was beautiful and had plenty of supplies for us to use. Tons of room to fit 10+ people. Great little chipping rage in the back which we all loved. Only downfall was the grill did not work in the yard, the burner line was clogged.

Family weekend get away

What we loved 3 King size beds Golf /Putting green Sand pit Ping pong (we left a new package of ping pong balls because we might have lost a few during our stay) Pool Hot tub Shuffleboard Sunroom Outdoor Grill Kitchen well equipped with all that we needed as far as dishes, pans, pots, appliances, utensils, 2 ovens, air fryer, toaster, coffee pot that made either full pot or single cup. The porch swing and separate outdoor sitting areas were awesome. The trees on the property are beautiful. Pool not filtering - water was murky & cloudy The pool cleaning person was there when we arrived. She said she just shocked the pool so it should clear up but we didn’t find that it did. The float thing that holds the chlorine tables came apart and it was very old and cracked. We gathered the tablets and put it back together. The sides of the pool had chlorine build up too. In comparison of how nice everything in the house is, the pool was a bit disappointing. Septic smelled - in between the house and the garage so the smell made it to the pool area and the porch swing area too. Lights in kitchen would not turn off. It would randomly increase lighting. When we were leaving and turning off all switches, it went off so this could have been our misunderstanding of the switches. We loved all the labels so this was baffling to us. We fully enjoyed all the extra details the owners have included and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Micro Reunion Location

Once a year our big, extended family that is spread out across Texas, likes to convene somewhere and focus on time together; this was the perfect venue. Tons of beautiful space to enjoy for all three generations. Clean and comfortable, would book again in a heartbeat.

Awesome Property!

I stayed here with a group of 12 girls for a weekend getaway and we had the BEST experience! The house, pool, detached apartment and entire property are stunning and very well built/maintained. Everything is brand new, clean and well thought out- linens, beds, couches etc. were great quality and extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day stay, and there was plenty of lounging space outdoors and in the living room big groups. The location is private and we had no issues with noise or neighbors. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful by text or phone. They made sure the pool and hot tub were set up for us and that we had everything we needed upon check-in. They even came over within 20 mins to personally set up the Bluetooth speakers after I texted to ask a question about connecting via WiFi. I can’t say enough good things about this listing- it was perfect for my group!
