Great service; however needs maintenance!

Front desk staff was amazing! The hotel does need alot of maintenance. The ice maker was broken; the pool was out of service; the tv in my original room didn't work. The second room had the mirror removed from the wall and brown spots on the comforter.

Friendly folks but disappointed in the service.

Checked in on Sunday at 5:30. Had to go to front desk on Monday evening to get fresh towels. She said they were busy and did not get to all rooms. Went to front desk on Tuesday evening to get fresh towels and toilet tissue. Fresh towels were put in room on Wednesday but no other service. We emptied our waste cans ourselves. Thursday room was serviced. We checked out on Friday morning. Very friendly folks but disappointed in the service.

The shower was gross and did not drain the water. Rooms were outdated. The blinds did not go up and down. Walls are thin so you can hear everything from the rooms around you. The outside of the hotel looks like it had a recent remodel. Not worth $200 a night.

The entire staff were just great. Especially the lady at the breakfast nook, super lady, went out of her way to assist us. Deserves a pay raise or award, you are lucky to have her working for you.

This hotel is quite old and needs an upgrade. Our room smelled like old socks. Also the pool wasn't open (no mention of this when booking) and the hot tub hasn't been operational in a long time apparently. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was pretty bad but the lady working there was delightful as was all the staff.

It seems the Hamptons I have stayed in lately are not the quality they used to be. Scuffed furniture, rust stains in the tubs, stains in the toilets. The staff continues to be very friendly and helpful.

Clean with friendly staff

I traveled to this town due to the death of a family member. Friendly staff and clean room but the toilet broke I had to contact maintenance in the middle of the night. Also, they were having problems with the hot water which made it like warm.
