It’s located in a tourist center, so it’s convenient to reach the beach etc. the room size is ok, the sea view rooms can partly see the sea. The bathroom is very small and old the toilet cover is smaller than the bidet. Amenities are very basic, pool has no view, and hotel is very noisy, even on the 25th floor. House keeping was good for the first night then service declined.

Arrived at 2pm check in time. But the room was not ready until 3:30 pm. Waited in lobby was offer free drink. Other than that Fantastic hotel with best location. Rooms are wonderful with sea views, Breakfast was good. Service is excellent. DMCC metro station is 13 min walk from hotel. Housekeeping is very friendly. Thank you so much. Will definitely stay again.

Great location along JBR, lovely staff. Food was excellent in the hotel. We booked the all inclusive option with a room with Lounge access. The all inclusive worked well for us but I think we wouldn’t bother with the lounge access next time. All in all a great spot, and the manager Mubarak really looked after us

Second time at the Amwaj Rotana, its in a great location on JBR, breakfast is great, found all the staff to be really helpful and friendly, especially Mohuddin in the Sun Deck. Room was great with an amazing view of the beach and the Ain Dubai. No complaints at all

Just back from a stay at the Amwaj Rotana. Nice hotel that is exactly as it looks in publicity photographs. Location is good and very convenient for the beach. Very easy to get places by taxi. Buffet breakfast is very good and staff are attentive and very friendly. All staff were unfailingly helpful and seem genuine in their friendly manner. Very happy to recommend the hotel to all.

The hotel & staff were excellent in every way. The location was well situated if you enjoy a stroll. Right near the harbour & beach. Great pub just next door & lovely restaurants within the hotel itself. Only downside was the constant flow of traffic from early doors well into the night and cars honking their horns.

Hotel is at the “walk” at JBR. Hotel is clean, beautiful and modern. Hotel has restaurants bars and staff is outstanding. Our agent who checked us in was a gentleman. Everyone speaks English so communication is always good. Hotel is steps away from the beach and walkable anytime of the day or night. The city is extremely safe and family friendly. I’d definitely recommend Amwaj Rotana at Jummariah beach to anyone looking for a classy stay. Hotel prices were very reasonable and within our budget.
