Majoittajaan oli mahdotonta saada yhteyttä ainoan annetun yhteystiedon kautta eli puhelimitse. En onnistunut siinä itse eikä onnistunut hotels.comin työntekijäkään. Meidät laitettiin täysin eri osoitteeseen ja aivan erilaiseen huoneistoon kuin minkä olimme varanneet. En valitsisi tätä missään tapauksessa.
