Great hotel, but asked if I could let someone else have my breakfast that I had paid for but could not take as I left at 6am was refused. Surly I paid for it, but could not have it as the restaurant was closed. So I should be able to do this!!

Everything about the property was excellent and the front reception & consierge were outstanding!! :) The only issue I had was not with the hotel itself, but that taxi drivers never seemed to find this hotel, even after booking on the Kareem App and giving the exact location. One taxi driver mentioned that it was bc there are many Sheraton’s. But still didn’t make sense bc they were following our hotel location the gps but yet still they couldn’t ever find our hotel. I think it would be helpful if the hotel could look into this situation.
