Loved the pool area and the staff there! The staff at the pool were so friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome!! The check in was great, we were given an upgrade which was very much appreciated! The only issues we had were small things but worth mentioning in case they can be fixed. The shower changed water temperature a lot any time we used it. Also there are no convenient plug ins for our devices, only one plug and it was not in a good location. Overall we had a nice stay and would use this hotel again!

Vi börjar med det som är bra! Väldigt trevlig personal som gick med på att avboka vår vistelse efter en dag. Avråder stark från att bo här då hotellet ligger precis bredvid ett stor byggprojekt. Hotellet är generellt nedslitet och gammalt samt smutsigt. Toaletten läckte när vi checkade in, fönster va inte rensade på flera år och poolen va från 90 talet.

Oh boy, it was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me a canal-view room despite my original booking and also allowed me to check out one hour later than 12 PM for free! The hotel is located right next to the Dubai Canal walkway, so you can enjoy jogging by the water. They also let you take fruits and beverages to your room for the rest of the day. The only negative thing I can complain about is that there were no alcoholic beverages available at dinner, even though you could go to the hotel bar (BAI Restaurant) and get drinks at affordable prices.
