The Jumeriah Beach area has become horrible in terms of traffic - literally an hour to go half a mile. This property is close to Dubai's biggest nightclub (Bla Bla), and it's incredibly difficult to get in and out of. Property itself is outdated, the kitchen has too few basic supplies, the cleaning staff was great, the front desk is clueless, and the Plaza level is under construction. Walls are thin, so you hear all kinds of loud people in the elevator hall, and kids running around in the unit above you at 2A! Not staying here again - too many other good options for the same price.

Great location near the beach and restaurant s and some great bars JBs and Mcgettigans nearby. Apartment are big and spacious our apt was big 3 bed apt with seaview. Staff on reception were very helpful Lovely lady on the coffee dock called Htami Was very attentive and welcoming every morning when we got coffee and croissants

May be it is time to change!

This is our second year we stay at this property and spent $$$$ considering time of the year and length of stay for two weeks. We even brought friends from US who also stayed for several days! Generally staff are friendly, except that rude lady that kept calling us asking us to leave on our final day even that her kind colleague gave us until 2:30pm for check out she was rude loud and stated: your check out is at 12 and you were given till 2 and need to leave now!! I do not appreciate this tone or unprofessionalism especially after spending thousands of dollars at this place every year! When room are cleaned unfortunately they seem to be using old dirty water and old rugs so the apartment smells HORRIBLE after each cleaning! They one of the rollers keep getting clogged every other day. VERY outdated cheap furniture and their pillows are not a great choice if you have back or neck issues! While the location is unbeatable with JBR walk and restaurants are literally downstairs, if you are driving then be prepared for a LONG wait every time you try to get in and out of the hotel and I do mean long! The entrances and exits of the hotel and the whole area generally is poorly structured probably not planned with such huge crowds visiting the place everyday in mind. If you get a good rate then this place may not be a bad option but for us we are gonna be looking for a higher quality place for our next visit to Dubai!

Je passe un bon séjour, mais par contre quand je suis arrivé j’étais pas contente je suis une Bon cliente j’ai eu un souci avec le manager en arrivant j’avais demandé quand les étages ils ont voulu me donner au 10e étage. J’ai refusé et il m’a dit si vous vous refusez. Bah vous attendez jusqu’à 16h que moi je suis arrivé le matin, j’étais trop fatigué, jusqu’à que j’ai appelé L’organise et c’est là qu’ils ont bougé on ne garde pas comme ça des clients mais pour finir je reviendrai Mohamed. Quitte à l’accueil c’est quelqu’un de très aimable et monsieur Sofiane aussi. Et tous les personnages de l’hôtel y a que le manager c’est à monsieur rasas basal t’es pas contente ?
